You are warmly welcomed to Hazelnut Book Club! Now we’ve got started on our practical work, I’d like to propose a book for us to read together as a community. Written by Fred Bahnson and Norman Wirzba, two prominent American environmental theologians, Making Peace With the Land: God’s Call to Reconcile with Creation contains a series of theological reflections on farming and eating. The central theme of the book is reconciliation, and it calls for us to put environmental themes at the heart of our worship and understanding of God. It should give us plenty to reflect on.

This week we will be covering chapters 5, 6. If you haven’t been able to read or only read a bit please do still come along!
